Hiretual is seeking an entrepreneurial, highly competitive, results-driven sales leader to manage our sales activities in North America. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the North American sales teams and leading his/her team to achieve aggressive growth and market disruption.
What you’ll do at Hiretual...
Take hands-on responsibility for driving sales. We’re a growing company and, here, everyone is in sales and is responsible for driving revenue to meet and exceed revenue our targets.
Analyze the current business and our sales motions to develop a deep understanding of Hiretual’s solutions and customers with an eye towards scaling our business and driving revenue.
Review account and opportunity plans with sales teams to ensure key objectives are exceeded and forecasts are accurate.
Set clear priorities, communicate them transparently, and translate them into actionable, realistic deliverables.
Collaborate with our executive team to ideate on new markets, strategies, partnerships, and product initiatives.
Provide inspirational, energetic leadership by example
What we’re looking for…
Minimum 10-15 years of demonstrated success in enterprise sales leadership roles.
Experience in and understanding of SaaS, software (required).
Strong track record of driving revenue in an enterprise software environment, with a keen sense of how to create value-based solutions to prospective customers.
Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and best practices and strong experience with sales CRM (Salesforce) and related technology
Understanding of how to structure and motivate a ‘go-to-market’ team.
Ability to develop relationships with senior executives of customer and partner organizations, with experience of engaging with them on business-critical issues.
First-class communication skills and the ability to win commitment and ‘buy-in’ to a common vision and clearly stated goals.
Ability to attract, hire, motivate and retain high performing teams
