The Content Marketing Specialist will be a key member of the Hiretual marketing team and will have the opportunity to work on a diverse set of content initiatives that span acquisition, customer, and product marketing, including sales enablement, search engine optimization, email marketing, and paid advertising initiatives. The right candidate will love the content marketing challenge of creating valuable content for both our target market and the business, that both educates our audience pre/post-sale and incorporates value-driven messaging that speaks exactly to their pain points, questions, and concerns.
Regularly produce various content types including case studies, ebooks, emails, social media content, web copy, scripts, and print collateral.
Create original, persuasive, needle-moving marketing content that promotes the company’s place as a thought leader
Research, design, and write content/content series that helps our customers solve problems, answer common questions and compare products
Monitor, report on, and analyze the performance of new and existing content, adjusting and revising as needed
Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate multi-touch marketing funnels
Manage several content production projects simultaneously
Update existing content to ensure accuracy, relevancy, mobile-friendliness, and UX
“High-horsepower” thinker – “High Execution” doer
Strong creative and technical writing experience
SEO knowledge & keyword research experience
Experience with Google Analytics or a similar tool
Exceptional research skills
Ability to empathize with readers’ perspective and experiences
Strong analytical skills
Excellent time management skills and adherence to project timelines.
